Returns.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are subject to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method selected. Raunaq reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time.

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Raunaq is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

All Sales Are Final. All purchases made at Raunaq are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges except in the circumstances outlined below.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@raunaq.shop with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the fault or damage
• Photographic or video evidence of the item and its packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Process
If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Items must not be returned without an RMA number — unauthorised returns will not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund. The cost of returning the item to Raunaq is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Raunaq cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

Refund Decision
All returned items are subject to examination upon receipt. Raunaq reserves the right to assess whether the reported fault or damage is consistent with a manufacturing defect or transit damage. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Raunaq following this examination. If a refund is approved, it will be issued either to the original payment method, or in the form of a Raunaq store voucher. Raunaq reserves the right to determine the form of refund at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

• Items that have been used, opened, or partially consumed
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
• Items where the 24-hour reporting window has passed
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift vouchers

Allergic Reactions
Raunaq fragrances and candles contain natural ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to review the full ingredient list before purchase. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@raunaq.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@raunaq.shop with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
