Raunaq is Pakistan's first heritage-modern fragrance house — born from the collision of Lahore's ancient bazaars and Edinburgh's cold light. We make Extrait de Parfum and hand-poured soy wax candles inspired by the scents of the Punjab. This is the House of Acid.

رونق — Raunaq — is an Urdu and Persian word meaning brightness, splendour, and the lively, electric atmosphere of a place fully alive. It is the word Lahori families use when a room fills with people, noise, colour, and joy. It is the word that describes the city at its best. We wanted to bottle that.

All Raunaq fragrances and candles are crafted in Pakistan. Our Extrait de Parfum are formulated using high-quality fragrance ingredients, and our soy wax candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

It is our approach to fragrance. We take the scent memory of Punjab — saffron, rose, neroli, amber, jasmine, oud — and blend them using modern perfumery techniques to create something that is rooted in heritage but built for the contemporary world. Not nostalgic. Not a copy of something Western. The real thing.

All Raunaq perfumes are Extrait de Parfum — the highest concentration available in fine fragrance, typically 20–40% fragrance oil. This means longer wear, greater depth, and a scent that evolves on your skin throughout the day. A little goes a long way.

Due to the Extrait de Parfum concentration, you can expect 8–12+ hours of wear on skin, and longer on fabric. Individual results vary depending on skin type, body chemistry, and application method. Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbows — for best results.

Our fragrances contain natural and synthetic fragrance ingredients. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns on the basis of allergic reactions. If in doubt, we recommend a patch test before full application.

Store your Raunaq fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing in bathrooms where humidity and temperature fluctuate. The original box provides additional protection. Properly stored, your fragrance will maintain its quality for 3–5 years.

All Raunaq candles are made with 100% natural soy wax — a clean-burning, renewable alternative to paraffin. Soy wax burns cooler and slower, giving you a longer, more even burn and a cleaner scent throw.

Each Raunaq candle is 200g and provides approximately 45 hours of burn time when used correctly. To maximise burn life, always trim the wick to 5mm before each use and allow the wax to pool fully to the edges on the first burn.

First burn: Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel (approximately 2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling.

Wick trimming: Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn.

Burn time: Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Place on a heat-resistant surface.

Orders may be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@raunaq.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout — standard delivery is 5–10 business days and express is 3–5 business days within Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, contact us at info@raunaq.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier and are outside of Raunaq's direct control.
